Air Condition System Maintenance Service

Service Filters

  • Remove and inspect the filter for damages and cleanliness.
  • Wash and dry dirty filters according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Reinstall the filter to ensure proper operation of the system.

Maintain compressor

  • Clean compressor by removing dirt and rust.
  • Inspect compressor suspension and joints for deterioration and leaks.
  • Inspect wire terminals for corroded connections.

Maintain Condenser

  • Examine coil and fan for physical damage which can contribute to airflow restrictions.
  • Examine motor power and control wiring for burns and corrosion.
  • Clean condenser and lubricate motor bearing if necessary.
  • Check joints of condenser and refrigerant piping connection for leaks.

Maintain Evaporator

  • Clean evaporator and lubricate motor bearing if necessary.
  • Examine coil and fan for physical damages which can contribute to any airflow restriction.
  • Examine motor power and control wiring for burns and corrosion.
  • Check joints of evaporator and refrigerant piping connection for leaks.

Final maintenance or servicing of the air condition system

  • Check all pipes and hose for any damages, leaks and insulation properties.
  • Check refrigerant charge.
  • Inspect wires for corrosion, burns and loose connections.
  • Measure and record system voltage and current.
  • Inspect capacitor for defects.
